Here are some of our favorite activites:

Canopy Tours

Canopy tours are one of the most popular activities in Costa Rica and are available from just about everywhere. They are commonly thought of as zip-lines, where you just attach yourself to a cable and fly from platform to platform up in the canopy of the trees, but they can also include gondola rides, hanging bridges and tarzan swings.

Edible Tours

Sounds Yummy! Costa Rica's tropical climate and its various elevations make it perfect for growing coffee, bananas, pineapple, macadamia nuts, vanilla orchids, cacao (for chocolate), sugar cane and more. We can organize day tours to sustainable organic farms too.

Hiking

Good ol' fashion hiking! With over 160 parks, reserves, refuges, volcanoes, and other conservation areas to visit you are going to see mother nature at her best! Costa Rica is world-famous for its amazing variety of wildlife and eco-systems. We do recommend you hire a naturalist guide for all treks into the forest just because if you don't, you will walk past so many animals and interesting things. Don't forget your binoculars and camera!

Hot Springs

Naturally heated, mineral rich water soothes away life's stresses. All hot spring resorts have pools of different temperatures so everyone in the family can enjoy them. Most of the hot springs are near the Arenal Volcano where on a clear night you can see red lava flowing out of the volcano.

Horseback Riding

Go where no man has gone before.... well not really, but you do get to go to more remote places like waterfalls and lookout points. We use only companies that take excellent care of thier horses. From beginner to experienced, there is a horse ride for you.

Snorkeling & Diving

Year-round warm waters and a plethora of marine life make snorkeling and diving popular activities. Knowing where to go at what time of year is very important, because Costa Rica's waters are very effected by wind and currents.

Wildlife Watching

This covers it all! Birds and mammals, insects, snakes, lizards, whales, dolphins, marine turtles and more. Costa Rica is home to endangered species like the Baird's tapir, jaguar, green & scarlet macaws, titi monkey and more! Truly a nature lovers paradise.
